All opened, used or custom products are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged due to the nature of our business.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED:
If your item arrives damaged or we have shipped you an incorrect item, please email info@prettygirlcosmetics.com with photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will send a replacement for the damaged or incorrect item at no extra cost to you.
Contact our office within 7 days of receipt for a refund or replacement.
LOST PACKAGE:
If your order appears to be lost by the shipping company, we advise you to contact us within the first 14 days of your order shipment. We will look into locating your package and filing a claim. Replacements are must be approved after the investigation has been completed. We may require your replacement package to be sent with signature verification to ensure the package reaches you safely at your cost. Based on the investigation a charge may be required for replacements.
All shipments lost due to incorrect information in the order cannot be replaced or refunded.
RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGES:
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges are not accepted and only allowed at the discretion of our Sales Department. If a Return is approved, ship the return to the following address. The return must included the product (UNOPENED, UNUSED). If the product has been opened or used, a refund will not be applied to those products.
SHIP RETURN TO:
Refunds are issued for the original purchase price at the discretion of our sales team. Refunds will be issued minus processing fees of 10% and shipping cost if the refund includes a return.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. We will begin to process your order immediately after you click the Submit Order button. Therefore, your order CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR MODIFIED in any way once your order has been shipped. If you made an error on your order the quickest way to correct this issue is to call our office immediately and speak with a sales representative.
