PAYMENTS:

Orders will begin processing upon receipt and verification of payment.  Payment verification can be delayed when using echecks and other methods of payment that require bank clearance.


We use Paypal website payments which enables you to process online payments with or without a PayPal account. This method accepts all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), eChecks, bank transfers, and PayPal accounts.


To check out you must go through a 4-step process to pay for a purchase:


1. Click the payment buttons next to the selected items.
2. If you have a PayPal account, then log into PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, choose “I do not have a Paypal Account” and then enter all your payment information on the Paypal protected web page.
3. Review and complete your purchase on PayPal.
4. You can then return to our website if you choose to.


RETURNS:


Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for refund.  We strive for 100% Satisfaction! Shipping errors and damaged products will be replaced free of charge.


FREE SAMPLES:

We would love to give everyone free samples of our makeup but to keep our costs low we must prescreen your request and verify if you are a Coach, Gym or Studio Owner.  We apologize for this inconvenience.


Sample requests can be made by completing our online form under the Information section in the footer of our website.  In addition, if you are not a Coach or Owner Pretty Girl Cosmetics has an exclusive "Try It before you Buy It!" offer that lets you try any products at 50% OFF. COLOR MATCHING:
We will work with you to provide you the best color match to your team uniform or costume. Submit and picture or send us your website link and we will provide you with recommendations and color samples.
